Harrison Ford is a Hollywood legend who has aged like fine wine. The actor who is most known for playing Indiana Jones, still works in the industry.
The latest installment of this famous series was premiered at the Cannes Film Festival. The veteran actor attended a promotional news conference that cast and crew of Indiana Jones: Dial of Destiny held.
Ford was flanked on both sides by Mads Mikkelsen and James Mangold, the director.
Ford answered a reporter’s question who said, “Look I still think you are very hot.” Ford was stunned by the compliment. The actor looked at the screen a few times, as if he was unable to believe it. The reporter, however, continued.
She added, “We were shocked to see you remove your shirt in the second scene and still have it.” “How do keep fit?” Can you ride a Horse? She asked.
The actor joked with the reporter before thanking the gods for not ageing.
“I’ve been given this body,” he joked. Thank you for noticing.
Indiana Jones has had a busy week. He and his wife Calista made a rare appearance on the red carpet at Palais des Festivals (France) for the world premiere of Indiana Jones Dial of Destiny.
The couple’s last red carpet walk together was in March 2018 at the Academy Awards. Ford was set to receive a Palme d’Or honorary at the Grand Theatre Lumiere.
After his career highlights reel, the veteran actor received five minutes of standing ovation. The crowd was filled with laughter.
The actor said: “They say you see your whole life flash in front of your eyes before you die. I saw my entire life just flash in front of my eyes.”
